The work of the Mexico Network of Rainbow Catholics (REDCAM) is done by dozens of volunteers across the geography of Mexico.
The organization has a Board of Directors that reconciles its efforts. There are also leaders and representatives from the various LGBTI+ Catholic communities, who themselves conform the REDCAM. The chairpersons of the various REDCAM committees perform specific functions and are also an essential part of its structure.

The Mexico Network of Rainbow Catholics (REDCAM) is a member of the Global Network of Rainbow Catholics headquartered in Rome, Italy.
It also holds cooperation alliances with the Mexico City Catholic Archdiocese; the Satillo Archdiocese; the Company of Jesus; the Ignatian Center for Spirituality - Guadalajara; the Holy Family Parish in the Roma neighborhood of Mexico City; DignityUSA – Boston, MA; Arcus Foundation – New York; the Aestrea Lesbian Foundation for Justice – New York; and the Tides Foundation.
